A lot of my hand made Humpties are designed from requests and ideas from my customers and created by me. Each unique Humpty is made with love and definitely has it's own personality...no two are ever alike!

The Humpties are well made, and all are made from genuine Harris Tweed, which carries the famous 'Orb' mark. This accreditation means that the cloth is certified as being hand-woven at home on one of the islands of the Outer Hebrides of Scotland, and is made from pure virgin wool dyed and spun in the Islands.

After working with the Harris Tweed I wanted to learn how to make my own, and am now a fully qualified Harris Tweed weaver, and am starting to design special Humpty tweeds.

I like to include recycled materials that are funky in the making of the Humpties, for example, sumptuous traditional cotton velvets combine well with the texture of the tweed.

The stuffing is fireproof and hypoallergenic polyester pillow stuffing, I use some wool for pompoms. Synthetic or wool felt is used for faces.

I use recycled packaging whenever I can.
